I try to print on a plotter complex PDF maps on format A0, printing starts but gives blank page each time.

Good day,

I recommend trying a different driver for this issue, try the PCL3 if you're using the HPGL2 and vice versa. At the same time, the issue may be with the objects in the file, if it was created on Illustrator or Photoshop try flattening the image. If the job was generated using software such as AutoCAD review the pages that come out blank and make sure that the layers are set to plot.

Dear HP Customer,

If you are using HP GL2 driver, under printer prefernces -> advanced, enable print as bit map and change maximum application resolution to 300 dpi. Try printing and check if issue is resolved.

If issue persists, then i suggest you to download and install Sumtra or Foxit PDF reader using below link and print using the above mentioned settings.
