HP Pagewide MFP377dw
macOS 10.15 Catalina

Attempted to connect my HP Pagewide MFP 377dw printer to the wireless network but it states that “Built-in network capabilities have been disabled. Contact your administrator or the person who set up the printer”.

I set it the printer myself and there was no administrator. It hasn't worked since I had to change the router.

I understand that I must fully reset the printer back to factory defaults.  However, the network icon on the Printer control panel has disappeared and I can't find the printer at all in the setup software.

I will also need to reconfigure the wireless to my new router.

Can you help, please?

Has anyone had this issue and been able to solve it?
