Hello,

 

I have 3 messages showing:

 

- The scanner lamp needs replacement

 

- The scanner's air filters needs replacement

 

- Maintenance kit #1 required. Pleace contact HP to order the kit.

 

Could you let me know the part number(s) i would need to order?

Here is the part number Q1277-60013  FLUORESCENT LAMP

 

The filtes should come with the lamp.

Hi,

 

Yes, those are the correct instructions to replace it.

 

Also, if you touch the question mark on the scanner touch panel, it will open the user guide, those instructions are there too.
