Product: HP DesignJet Z3100 44-in Photo Printer
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)
HP Z3100 - trying to print a larger print (72 x 36) but paper advances 12" and then begins to print 12" into the image. When I tried printing small (62") the same thing happened, it advanced the paper "4 inches and then began to print 4" into the image. The max it will print is 58"
This is a new problem (I successfully printed a 70" image 2 weeks ago.
I have removed, unistalled and reinstalled the printer, printer drivers, firmware and nothing has helped.
