Product: HP designjet 330 (C4701A)
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 7 (32-bit)

The cartridge carrier drive belt on my machine has broken. Does anybody know where I can get a new one? I would also like to know if anyone knows where I could download a parts manual for this machine?

Thank you for the quick reply and the link to the drive belt. I was surprised by the price I expected to pay in the neighborhood of $80 or more. Anyway, it's on its way to me right now. The link below will take you to a site that I found on Google and it contains a downloadable version of the HP service manual for this machine. I'm sure you can search for other products on this site and they will come up.

My HP Envy 4500 has the same problem as of this morning.  I am wondering if I too can replace the belt.
