Product: Design Jet 1055cm plus

Printer is stuck on the startup routine with a "Close the right door to continue" error.  The door is closed. but cannot get through the error.

More than likely, the door sensor is broken, out of position or stuck. Open the door and see if you can locate the slot where the sensor is and see if there's an obstruction, needs to be freed, or needs replaced.
