Operating System: Microsoft Windows 7 (64-bit)

I am trying to print a sign. It is a dark purple on the background with a white box that fades out to nothing on top of that. When I try to color correct the dark purple through Onyx it only changes the solid purple and where it lies under the faded white box it doesn't color correct. That is to say where the two overlap it should a percentage of the purple but it doesn't change.
