Color issues with HP designjet 500ps

Hello,

My department has an hp designjet 500ps. Recently, we were printing off posters that contained purple (CMYK 90, 100, 0 18) and gold (CMYK 0, 34, 100, 0). A majority of these posters came out fine, though toward the end some of them started to show more teal than purple.

I had to make a change to the posters and began printing out the new versions today. The first one came out with the purple perfect, but as I continued to print, the more each version became teal.

I checked all of the ink levels and cyan was getting a little low, so I tried replacing that. The posters are still printing to be teal. What is going on? Do I need to give the printer time to rest inbetween each poster?IMG953484.jpg
