FIRM WARE UP TO DATE IF YOU CAN BELIEVE HP(BUT YOU CAN NOT)

CARTRIDGE DAMAGED REPLACED WITH NEW STILL THE SAME CLEANED PRINTHEAD

RAN HP c04525354  DOES nothing but waste time it can be be followed and does NOTHING. AT MY WITS END HAVE SPENT WEEKS TRYING TO RESOLVE HAVE BOUGHT 8 NEW HP CARTRIDGES AND STILL NOT A THING HELPS. HP ONLY WANT TO SELL PRODUCT NOT HELP WITH PROBLEMS THATS ON YOU. HELP ME PLEASE ?

What version of firmware is showing as installed? How old is the printhead?

THE PRINTHEAD IS 1 YEAR OLD BUT ONLY ONE CARTRIDGE OF INK USED THE UNIT IS PRACTACILY BRAND NEW.

THE JUST CHANGED CARTRIDGE AND STARTED HAVING PROBLEMS I HAVE SINCE BOUGHT SEVERAL CARTRIDGES TRYING TO FIND ONE THAT WORKS.

TRYED TO CLEAN PRINTHEAD TO KNOW AVAIL

RAN HP CARTRIDGE RELEASE ABOUT CARTRIDGE ERRORS T130 NG. IT DOES NOTHING BUT WASTES A WHOLE LOT OF TIME

HP DOES NOT MAKE IT EASY.
