Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hi.

I just saw a post regarding an error 39.11.01, wich is the error of the rewinder motor.

 

Someone as post that there is a solution for that error wich is a fixing kit for the spindels (i guest).

 

Is there someone that knows the service kit part number?

I believe that the guidance is to simply replace the spindle. Part number depends on the exact model of printer that you have.

Hi. I just did, as suggest by Repairatrooper, install some fiberglass tape on the hubs of the spindlers and it work fine.

Does that meen that the new spindles order wil have the correction done on it?

 

The tape seem to do the job. I suppose it will last for a long time.
