DJ 5000 reseat printhead

Cyan printhead needed to be replaced. I put two different printheads that are new but expired in and all I get is error 5706 reseat. Cannot get it not to say reseat. All other printheads are expired in 2008, 2010 etc. why won’t one of these work and what should I do?

You can check for air in Cyan tube from printhead to cartridges, use a syringe instead printhead and try to drain out air from tubes if any.

I think that this printer model detects pressure inside printhead, and if you have some air in tubes it might detect wrong pressure and inform to reseat printhead.

Can anyone confirm the theory of air in the tube then showing a reseat message? i did try the syringe and pulled ink out so shouldnt be air. also someone said after in and out 3 times of a printhead it will always read as reseat? does anyone from HP ever verify any of this stuff?hell I had the printhead out 20 times. you would think HP would have someone looking here to help somewhat!
