DJ T7900 service error “Cartridge Faulty”

Ink cartridge MK says faulty, when replaced same message

 
installed new printhead MK-Y get message not completely installed.
also message says reseat gray cartridge

Front of machine does not acknowledge in ink MK or gray and shows old experation date for cartridges

I assume this is the T790. I suggest you remove all the printheads and ink cartridges and turn the printer off. Now turn it back on and wait till it tells you to put in the supplies and then do it and see what happens.

Did you close the printhead cover on the carriage assembly when you removed the printheads?

Same error as from the start.
