Can you tell us what model of printer you're using and what software?  There should be a "keep centered" option on the "Print" menu,  depending on what driver you're using and what photo software you're using to print.

I don't work for HP....I just repair their printers.

And what name of photo software are you trying to print from?  Is it Adobe Photoshop, Adobe PDF reader or Microsoft Paint   or....?

I don't work for HP....I just repair their printers.
