Hello,

You might want to try restoring factory defaults for your printer.

Hope this helps.

Thank you for using the HP forum.

Error :

Problem Description: front panel is locked

The possible cause could be:

Corrective Action: ENTER THE DIAGNOSTIC MODE DURING BOOT UP - WHEN PLOTTER IS POWRED ON  , YOU SEE HOME ICON- PRESS AND RELEASE , IT WILL FLASH AND OTHER SYMBOLS COME  UP AT THIS POINT, PRESS AND RELEASE

CANCEL (X) > HOME SYMBOL > QUESTION MARK  (? ) . ALL SYMBOLS WILL FLASH(HAS TO FLASH)  PLOTTER WILL INITIALISE AND GO IN DIAGNSOTIC MODE > SCROLL DOWN TO FRONT PANEL LOCK RESET  AND CLICK OK , FRONT PANEL ACCESS WILL BE RESET
