Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

This plotter only wants to plot to 11 x 8.5 paper, even though we have set the paper to 30 x42. We have 30" roll paper in the plotter.

Hi,

Please try following below guidelines, see the Paper loading problems section:

I would also suggest trying to unload and reload the roll and check if you may see any difference then:

Also, what exact Paper roll type you try loading? make sure it fits the printer specifications, as well ensure the correct paper type is selected when loading the roll:
