DesignJet 510 Printhead Error

Hi All,


Would appreciate a little help.


We have a DesignJet510. The black ink started to fade and was not low ink so presumed printhead issue.

Bought new printhead (Hp 11) from HP and installed however the new printhead is not being accepted showing Fault Code: 0034.


I found a printhead (HP 11) from an older machine which is accepted but prints the same with the black not fully coming out.


Any ideas?
