Hello..

I have downloaded 4 software HP drivers and Software  link and following HP  manual   service process step by step. i was following steps but didn't work , showing same error in display .

Please suggested.

how can solved the problem.

What error are you getting? Is this error on the touch screen computer attached to the scanner?
