HP Latex 260 61-in Printer (HP Designjet L26500 61-in Printer)

We bought our printer a few years ago, and after not being able to use if to for a while due to various reasons, we had everything ready to go with new ink, new print heads, and everything else, including getting the printer wired up to the computer, suddenly now when we turn the printer on it's gone from being stuck on "Initializing Please Wait" for over 24 hours before we turned it off. Now when we turn it on it gets to the blue loading screen where the loading bar freezes up at 24 and doesn't move. We've tried unplugging the printer from the power source for 24 hours, we've tried the small reboot button below the cancel button, once I got the screen to change to Error 08:11 but after turning the printer off it was back to being stuck on the blue loading screen. It does not move past this screenIt does not move past this screen
