DesignJet T120. How to clean contacts and nozzles

DesignJet T120
Microsoft Windows 7 (64-bit)

My plotter states that it will not print because the black cartridge may be damaged.  So I put in a new one and still the same result.  Do I need to clean the nozzles?  How?

Hi,

Please Goto printer service mode.....once get ready mode then press power button 15sec in the control panel until comes on service mode.... Once come.... Please Goto reset mode and perform printhead recovery 1/2/3.....once done.... Please check any documents and check...... If not you need to replace new one printhead......if printer is cover under warranty....you may get free printhead from your nearest HP Partner or HP Service centre.....please contact with them..... For the warranty or purchase issue....
