Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I have a user who when trying to print to an A1 Documents to a DesignJet T830 plotter printer, but no matter what settings we changed it doesn't give us the option to increase the paper size anything larger than A4.

We have updated all the firmware and installed all the latest drivers with no resolution, the is another user printing A1 documents with no issues at all.
