Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)
HP Designjet Z6100 

I am unable to access the EWS due to 79:04 error, I have tried all troubleshooting steps and nothing is working so I want to update the firmware but since I can only access the plotter through FTP I need the .plt file but it doesn't seem to be anywhere. I need that as soon as possible please

I'm basically having the same issue as the person in this post,. Just need a download link to the .plt file.
