DesignJet Z6200 "Paper Too Big"

HP Recommended
Z6200
Microsoft Windows 7 (64-bit)

I had 60" plain paper loaded last week and printed just fine. Then, switched to a smaller roll of photo paper. Today, I went to reload the 60" roll and it keeps telling me "paper too big." No matter how many times I unload, reload, etc... it keeps giving me the error when I try to load the roll.

I completely disconnected the printer from the computer, performed a factory reset, & verified proper firmware version. Powered down and restarted the printer and tried again. Still gives the "paper too big" error each time.

Someone else had this issue recently but with a new roll. His issue ended being the roll was in fact a shade larger then 60". It was an hp roll and he loaded it after having a smaller roll loaded. Just for the heck of it take out a tape measure and confirm that the paper is 60" or smaller.
