I am experiencing faulty printing quality when printing images on my Designjet 800 plotter. I am new to the world of plotters and would appreciate any help in troubleshooting the problem appearing on the image below. Printed images appear with yellow-ish lines across.

I have tried various solutions, such as different settings and calibrations. Also tried disassembling, and cleaning the different parts to the best of my capabilities, but unfortunately without any luck.

The Ink cartridges are recently installed and should not be the root of the problem.

Any help and suggestions to what causes this is much appreciated.

what is the condition and age of the printheads? Have you performed all the printhead alignments and paper advance calibrations. Have you tried printing at the highest quality setting.

Thank you very much for the reply.

I did perform printhead alignment and paper calibration as well as print at the highest quality.

I don't know about the condition of the printheads, but according to the service print, they have a usage time of 2700-3500 days - so roughly 7-9 years. I don't know whether that's much or not? Maybe they need cleaning/maintenence?
