Product: HP DesignJet 800ps Printer (42 in)
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I have a Designjet 800ps 42" loaded with the Windows 7 64 bit drivers. Despite having a 42" roll installed and reflected on the printer itself, the only option for paper available on my computer is ANSI A (Letter). I can't print anything larger than letter size because I can't select any larger paper format. Any assistance is greatly appreciated.
