DesignJet L25500
macOS 10.13 High Sierra

I have a Designjet L25500  and on startup I get Error 24:10. Please restart the printer. I hit the cancel and down button and it says my LM cartridge has a broken bag and says tubes unusable. I'm not sure what I need to do here to get my printer back up and running. I tried HP support with no help and I'm hoping someone here can guide me in the right direction. Thank you in advance.

I replaced the cartridge and tried that and it cleared the error and then came back

You have to check thoroughly for leaking inside and for air in tubes.

found this guide  -but service is needed, I'm afraid.

Thank you for the manual, it helps a lot. I’m a Technician so hopefully I can figure it out without having to call someone.

 I'm glad I helped 🙂

when our tech minions assembled at first the printer, when ink cartridges were installed - LM was leaking all over the place. Turned out a small rubber ring around the needle (or somwhere there I couldn't see exactly where) had to be replaced.  So dismantle and check tubes and the board behind ink cartridhge :)

Good luck 🙂
