We have been using our Designjet T120 to print A1 drawings via email (using windows 10) for eight months and it has worked fine. Suddenly today its not printing and the Web Services Summary says "eprint status: Not Connected" . I cant for the life of me find what the problem is. Any help with this will be greatly appreciated.

Normally this is a network issue. generally a good wired network is best for this machine.
You can check and run the procedure here:
You can also reset to factory setting or OOBE (Out Of box Experience) if this fails and reestablish a network connection again.
