Designjet T120 CQ891-64001  I have the message "There is a problem with the printer or ink system"

We have followed all of the advice re cleaning etc but to no avail. Are you able to help us get our printer back online please?

Three things often cause the message you got: 1,Poorly seated cartridge, 2. Defective cartridge, 3.Poorly seated print-head.

Try re-seating each cart first, one at a time. Lastly take out the print-head and then put it back.

Everytime I have seen this error it has been the printhead at fault..make sure you have full cartridges as well before attempting printhead replacement.
