Designjet T2530
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Trying to use scan to email function on a Designjet T2530.

When you run email server test from the support tab in the webgui it fails on step 14 of test it says there is no Internet connection.

However, if you run an email server test from the Email server setup page the email test gets successfully delivered.

Opened a ticket with HP support back in early Oct and was told issue would be fixed in a firmware update.

Currently using version MRY_04_05_00.5 no newer updates shopwing yet on HP website.

Any ideas when/if this will be resolved?

We just bought 4 of these potters and ran into the same issue, however we found a fix:

1) Under the Networking tab > TCP/IP(v6) > Disable the IPv6 option

2) Download and apply the following firmware > MRY_04_06_01.1

https://support.hp.com/us-en/drivers/selfservice/hp-designjet-t2530-multifunction-printer-series/881...

Hope this helps !
