Designjet T520 24x36 or 36x24

HP Recommended
Designjet T520
Microsoft Windows 8.1 (64-bit)

I am trying to print a plan set from PDF and the document says it is 24x36 but the printer gives me an error message that the print is 36 inches wide and my paper is only 23.98" wide.  If I select "Print anyway" it tries to print across the paper sideways instead of turning it long ways.  I've tried changeing the settings from portrait to landscape and to Auto portrait/landscape with on help.

I tried printing from the HP Click app that came with the printer and it does print correctly from there.

Anyone else run into this problem?

How do I print from the normal print driver????

Hi OldSalt52,

Thanks for contacting with HP Support Forum.

Please note the margine level:

Margins (top x bottom x left x right)

Roll: 5 x 5 x 5 x 5 mm (0.2 x 0.2 x 0.2 x 0.2 in)
Sheet: 5 x 5 x 5 x 5 mm (0.2 x 0.2 x 0.2 x 0.2 in)

Under Printer properties, under Features and mark, selection on Rotate by 90 degrees.

Select "Print anyway" if prompted.

I hope this helps you.
