Product: Designjet T520
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Following a recent power cut, my T520 now displays a blue screen with error code 805DFD31. Does anybody know if this is a USB encrypted chip issue or something else. It is not an error code I have seen on forums.

Yes this is blue screen . 

Replace Encrypted chip .
