Designjet T520 36" came up with 21:10 error I have changed the service station still get 21:10 so I changed the bundle board  still get 21:10. I have now changed the service station and the bundle board with a known workwer off another printer and still get 21:10, could it be the main pca it is the only part left. Any help  please.

The service manual states that order of parts is

 

cables CQ890-67021

service station

bundle board.

I am sorry i didn't say that I have tested the connecting cable and that's O.K.

What method did you test the cables and what specifications did you refer to in terms of resistance and capacitance of the cable. Just confirm that  there is a signal does not tell the whole story for low voltage signal cables like this.

Tested for continuity and test O.K. the only thing I can think of now is the main PCA
