Product: Designjet T520
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

A couple of days ago, all of our Designjet printers stopped printing PDF files. When I try to print, about half of the printer settings are grayed out and my print fails. This is happening with out T1600 as well. This also happens when trying to print a PDF from programs outside of Adobe (Chrome and Edge)

Sounds like something changes in windows. Go back and see if there is an auto update. If so delete it and revert back to the old version.
