Designjet T730

When powering on the HP Designjet T730 printer we get a blue screen error b822d7e8.

Can you please tell us what to do or replace to get rid of this error?

Thank you

I find no documentation in the HP manuals for this. Your first course should be to update the firmware. Power off the unit, download the current firmware from support.hp.com and put it on a USB stick. Must be only data on stick. Insert the stick, power on the printer and it should detect the firmware and prompt to install.

Finally I did get a hold of HP support technician and the problme comes de PCA MAIN board.

It needs to be replaced. HP part #  F9A28-67020 which is not cheap, around $500.00

So I ordered a new one and waiting for it to be delivered.
