Designjet T795 Powering Down after Initialization Steps, 08:04 - Update Firmware message

HP Recommended
Designjet T795
Microsoft Windows 7 (64-bit)

We have a Designjet T795 plotter.  It started going offline suddenly.  When we push the power button to start it, it will go through the Initialization steps and then show 'Powering Down, Please Wait'  message on the touchscreen LCD panel .  The status of the three LED light at the Formatter board are as follows:

I   Blinking Amber

II  Silid AMber

III Solid Amber

Sometimes, if it does not power down after the Initialization steps, the error 08:04 - "Please update firmware" will show up in the touchscreen LCD panel.

We are wondering if we need to replace the PCA Interconnect, or The Formatter Board, or the Hard Drive.

Hope someone with some insigts to this probelm can help.

Thanks!
