Hello,

the T830 makes sporadicly stripes when scanning. At my first visit, I've tested it and there where no stripes at all. I've cleaned the 3 scanbars anyway and tested again. No stripes. I've switched the printer off an on so it did a scan calibration. Scan was ok again.

2 days later there are stripes again. The customer did a scan-calibration process from the menu but no luck so far.

What could I do? Thank you.

Now, the stripes have miracolousy gone, but colors are wrong when scanning or copying. The purple bar should be yellow.

It's the same if you scan or copy. What component could be damaged? Scan bars, board?

This is a A0 Scan. The right side is with blue background on the left side the colors are wrong.  Is it from the Scanbars. The Controller Board.?Should I do the OOB reset in the extended support menu. could I do the Promote PRNU to Pristine calibration despite the scanbars haven't been replaced yet?
