HP Deisgnjet T830

Designjet won't boot at all, sticks at boot screen. Reboot attempted multiple times, LCD screen is blank or sticks on HP logo.

Tried rebooting with network cable unplugged (Plotter has a static IP ) but the same result.

Have had one blue screen with power icon and D90xxx number as attached

Unable to find anything online relating to this code

Try an OOB reset. This clears any settings and sets the unit back to factory state. This is the a suggestion from my HP troubleshooting pages.

Power off the machine, then power on while holding down the power button until the lights around the control panel light up. Then press home>back (back arrow)> home>home.

You should then see a blue screen with options in the four corners. Press menu, then press next until the screen displays OOB reset, then press Ok. Unit should then reboot and go through setup again.

Got the OOB reset option and it is went to a blue error code screen with B8F07B5A. Pressed the power button and it is back on the HP screen but still not responding

Hi

these codes usually refer to HDD or formater problems. Call tech support and tell the codes on screen...
