Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

My Designjet Z2100 display shows 100 %, the power bottom is green and flashing, and the 3 leds located on the formatter

card are on.

This is the troubleshooting guide for the lights. The power led is on the back of the printer near where the power cord plugs in.

even printer got to 100% & could not get to ready mode. turn off printer from the back switch.... remove the formatter,

wait little, then plug it back & turn on again to try...
