HP Recommended

Troubleshooting a school's Designjet Z3200ps Photo printer that won't accept ink cartridges, new or otherwise, because it claims the cartridges are empty. I've factory reset the printer and done a full power cycle but half of the cartridges (4 on the left side and 1 on the right) are registering as empty. A few of the cartridges are less than half full, but a couple are brand new and still won't register. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Sounds like an issue with the ink tubes assembly....
