Designjet Z5200 leaves bands across print

Designjet Z5200 Postscript printer
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Our Designjet Z5200 PostScript large format printer has started leaving 1" wide bands across our prints where it's not putting down any ink. I've tried changing the level of detail, the color settings, gone with just black ink, changed the speed, and it still keeps doing it. I can't try a different size because I'm printing construction drawings and they have to be to scale. Any suggestions?

Hi,  Thanks for contact with HP Support Forum.

 

At first update the latest firmware through HP DesignJet Printer Utility and correcly installed the printer driver.

Please try to use GL/2 driver for printing from AutoCAD software.
