Product: HP Designjet Z5600postscript 44inch
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 7 (64-bit)

Hi I have a designjet z5600 which moves the cutter at random moments in the middle of print jobs.

I have done the firmware update manually but still no joy. I have then booted the printer into diagnostics to run the cutter test. As per manual i run the scan axis test which is sucessfull. Then the Paper Drive test which freezes at Initializing getting information. 

 

Any Ideas ?

Has anyone come accross this before

i have the same problem . Updated the firmware to the latest version but no go.

Anyone has any idea what the solution could be?
