Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 in S Mode

Since I purchased a Lenovo IdeaPad S145, Windows  10 S mode my printer will not work. All drivers are updated, I can run a test page from the printer but not from the laptop.

Hi,

can you please tell us is your computer is connected to printer via usb, Ethernet or wireless?

If it is connected through Ethernet or wireless, please go to control panel and then devices and printers you will see your printer icon, right click on it and go to Printer properties, after this go to ports tab (third tab) and check port.

 

If your printer port is set on WSD port , please make sure you have IP address of printer with you, for example IP address 192.168.0.23.

once you get ip address of your printer, please check list of ports , if you find your ip address, please select it and press apply After this process,please try to print.
