Deskjet ink Advantage 4535 printer alignment and printing issues

HP Recommended
Deskjet 4535

Hi,

My HP Deskjet Ink Advantage 4535 printer is not printing with proper alignment and quality of prints is very bad, after I changed the ink cartridges with HP Genuine cartridge.

For the alignment it is not using the full page (prints on 3/4 page and the rest is left blank) and the quality of the print is not good. It looks like it has been printed using a cartridge that does not have ink. However, the cartriges are new genuine ones and in the printer also it shows the cartridges as full.

The issue started only after replacement of the cartridges.

I have already tried the help provided in the support webpage ( https://support.hp.com/ph-en/document/c04718409 ) and tried aligning the printer multiple times with no success.

Can anyone please help me align the printer and fix the quality issue with my printer?

Hi @Rinjo,

Welcome to HP Forums, this is a great place to get support, find answers and tips.

Thank you for posting your query, I'll be more than glad to help you.

I understand that you are facing print quality issues with your HP DeskJet Ink Advantage 4535 All-in-One Printer after replacing the cartridges.

This issue could occur if the electrical contacts on the cartridge may be defective.

Let's go through a few steps that may help to fix this issue.

And here are a few steps for you in the link: Fixing Print Quality Problems

Also, you may remove one of the cartridges, print a page and then swap it with the other cartridges and check if it is the same issue with both the cartridges when they are installed one at a time.

If the issue still persists, you may contact HP Technical Phone Support from this link: http://hp.care/2r9wSvP
Select the country where you are located and type the product# or the serial number of the unit and then choose the 'Contact Support' tab at the top and scroll down to the bottom of the 'HP Support- Contact' page to fill out the form provided with your contact information. Click on 'Show Options' icon and then scroll down the page and select 'Get Phone Number' to get the phone number.

Let me know how this works.

You have a good day ahead.
