Hi D.Hook,

Ran the printhead alignment again per Bob at LPS to check for dripping ink from a defective printhead. Shut off the printer in the middle of the worst moment and checked the printhead. Perfect. No drips or leaks in any of them, much less the light cyan  and regular cyan. 

I’m going to reset the firmware to see if that helps after I print a demo.

any thoughts?

Ok this sucks...

i think it’s possessed

lt magenta is not printing but that is the least of the problems
