Error 79:04, firmaware update impossible Frimware: TT6-TTAJ_08.04.00.1_mvl40-x86-opt_B

Hi,

I want to solve my printheads problem because they are new but I have constant recognition problems (79:04 ERROR) .... For this I read that my firmware must be flashed.
Currently my firmware is TT6-TTAJ_08.2.2.3 and I want to upgrade to TT6-TTAJ_08.04.00.1_mvl40-x86-opt_B but each time it fails.

J'ai essayé tellement de solution , nettoyage des contacts etc....et mes printheads et cartouche d'encre sont neuf alors je ne vois pas pourquoi cela ne marcherais pas .
Please give me a solution ......

Finalement je suis arrivé a flasher le firmware mais rien a faire pour ce qui est de la printhead qui ne veut pas etre reconnu , celle de droite qui est la Magenta -Cyan.
Je ne comprends pas, ils sont tous neufs, je viens de les recevoir hier.
Une idée concernant ce problème ennuyeux ?

Finally I managed to flash the firmware but nothing to do for what is the printhead that does not want to be recognized, the one on the right which is the Magenta-Cyan.
I do not understand, they are all new, I just received them yesterday.
Any idea about this annoying problem?

I tried so many solutions, cleaning the contacts etc .... and my printheads and ink cartridge are new so I do not see why it would not work.
Please give me a solution ......
