If you are getting a blue screen with this error when trying to boot the most common cause is a failed firmware module on the main board. This module is simply a specially programmed USB stick and replacing that stick is the cheapest first option to try. PN:CQ890-67105. You must install this preprogrammed USB stick, you cannot simply use any usb device.
