Hello HP Team,
We are using HP designjet T830 Plotter and a extended OEM warranty was purchased for the same I want to know what covers under extended OEM warranty whether the consumables also come under warranty
2. i want to know whether printer Head is a consumable item.
3.please share the document of hp extended OEM warranty

Typically print heads are going to be a consumable item. Warranty terms will vary depending on geographic location so I cannot state definitively for India. You should have been given a contract number for your Carepack. I am flagging the moderators in hopes they can have someone from India reach out to clarify for you.
