Product: HP Designjet 750C Plus Plotter
Operating System: macOS 10.15 Catalina

Hallo

 

Ich habe mir secondhand den HP Designjet 750C Plus Plotter gekauft. Er sollte gemäss Verkäufer einwandfrei funktionieren. Die Riemen wurden erst vor kurzem ausgewechselt. Bei der Inbetriebnahme steht aber ständig "Hebel senken" obwohl der Hebel schon unten ist. Was kann ich noch tun? 

Papier oder Patronen einzufüllen ist so unmöglich, weil die Fehlermeldung alles blockiert...

Hat jemand Erfahrungen damit?
