Firmware update problem

HP Recommended
Designjet t1500
Microsoft Windows 7 (64-bit)

I was update designjet t1500 firmware.After update,all cartridge reinstall   message apper.From Other machin catridge is same. help!

Hi, Thanks for contact with HP Support Forum.

 

You have update latest firmware and maybe your uses HP Ink Cartridges are out of warranty. Thanks why printer shows reinstall the HP Ink Cartridges. If you are getting ready mode on the printer, please remove the all ink cartridges and goto settings then set your printer date/time on back date which is shows on your ink cartridge date.

 

after finish, please restart the printer and check date/time which is you are earlier set it. If correct then insert the all ink cartridges.

 

Lets check.

But I can't go to home.Only cartridge  change display.

Hi,

If you replace all new ink cartridges with under warranty date....this error will recovered.
