Garbled and illogical text, write double and the words and everything is not in sequence correctly

HP Recommended
HP designjet T120
Microsoft Windows 7 (64-bit)

All the letters or drawings that i sent to this printer are double and written incorrectly . I sent the drawings to another printer

and the others did it great. Is the first time that this happen to me with this plotter.I think yhay is something with the communication to the printer. Anyone knows??? thanks

Hello,

 

is the printer status page printed correctly if yes :

 

Install plotter with latest PCL driver: https://ftp.hp.com/pub/softlib/software13/printers/COL93197/win_x64_pcl3_drv.zip

if Not check if the plotter firmware is up to date: latest version AXP2CN1907AR or APP2CN1911BR

Hi;

First; Yes the printer status is print correctly but have the letters duplicate.

 

I deleted the app and programs and installed the last driver and the designjet utility again.

 

I gave the plotter the last update also,

I also printed the drawing to another officejet printer and the output was good.

 

The last thing that I tried is that I sent me an email with the drawing in pdf and used another laptop to printed in Designjet plotter, and did the same thing; the same image duplicate in the same manner. Nothing changes.

 

I  did that with different drawings.

 

so my conclusion is a problem with the plotter.

 

Is strange because I bought the plotter in january 2019.

 

Let me know if you have can give me another solution!!
