Product: HP DesignJet T520 36-in Printer
Hi HP community.
Suddenly we get an error message on our T520 printer after changing our 711 black cartridge. It started of by showing only 10% black in a new cartridge. Then the error came:
"There is a problem with the printer or ink system. Turn printer off, then on. If problem persists, contact HP".
Solution 1 was to reset the product. That didn't work.
Solution 2 is to contact HP support.
I've tried to restart while holding down the power button after unplugging the printer. It didn't work either.
Anyone who knows how to fix this?? 🙂
